Simple DIY

As you may know I love making things that are useful. But sometimes useful things aren't that pretty. I love the way magnets work and use it frequently. If I fix mechanic product like my digital timer, I have to unscrew all those screws. In the process of fixing there is a possibility that I lose a screw and that's why I learned to use a magnet. I know it's just a simple fix but for a teenager it was not oblivious cause I liked to use small plastic bags. I blame my youthful years for that.

And even today I like to use magnets for hanging messages to decoration. In one of my earlier post 'My favorite things' there you can see my magnet in action. I still love it because it's so functional. Magnetic systems are one of my favorite way of displaying things in my room. So I took some magnets from an old magnet pillow and put these adorable Winnie the Pooh on it. It's extremely cute. I have a L-rail shelves and on that rail I put them on.

I use stickers and just stick it on and cut away the part that doesn't get to stick on the magnets. They are just so adorable and that's why these are in my treasure room.

It's simple and this post isn't really a DIY instruction but more like a reminder that Do-It-Yourself doesn't have to be difficult or costly. We can use things around the house to make things that we like. It's something that I have forgotten.
