Update

Don't own a netbook but I do use it. Few years ago someone I know bought one. In the beginning she was on the device 24/7 nobody could even touch it or she went berserk. After awhile she didn't use it frequently cause there were some software problems.

It's a really easy when observing her behavior. First, she was using the desktop much more frequently. That shouldn't be sign. That's what I thought cause I prefer my desktop over my laptop. I can adjust the screen hight and typing is way relaxed. Second of all she wasn't constantly on her device even when she wasn't on the desktop. Third is she barely looks happy when asked about her netbook.

She isn't book smart and her ability to read a lot or searching on the internet was limited. So I asked what is wrong about her netbook. I search online and the only solution I could think of is installing a new software. And it runs as it was new and now again she couldn't fix this herself but didn't even asked for help.

Right now I am the user of that said netbook. I have installed a new anti-virus program and am working to improve the speed of the device. Installing all the new update and letting it run as new is my new project for this week. Hopefully I am able to give it back in a better condition than when she gave it to me.
