What did I do in the bathroom?

Yesterday, I found out that the bathroom is getting emptier. It was a real surprise and I didn't put any real effort into it. After I wrote the situation down in Dutch, I started to think how it happened. The last time I cleaned the bathroom is a time I can't even recall. But what I did noticed, is that I switched some items around so it was more convenient to pick up whenever needed. 

I have a cute soap holder that holds a piece of blue wonder stick. It's like soap but it gets the real hard stains out unlike the powder detergent. It was on the designated soap holder attached on the wall but I decided to switched it with my shower gel dispenser. I don't need the blue wonder stick while showering. 

Secondly, the empty bottles where going straight in the bin after usage. It's something that one of my siblings always forgets and the main reason why it always becomes so cluttered. After it was announced that plastic has to be recycled she always put it in the bag that goes in the plastic container. I also finished some smaller bottles that I had laying around and the results is amazing. 

Next thing is the small stuff in the bathroom is getting less cause a lot of cosmetic or body care product are one usage only. The extra hooks that have been added makes the bathroom looks more organized and that helps in the visual department. 

A part of the laundry is always in the bathroom, socks and underwear. I have those laundry net in the socks bin and it just fills itself. I only have to tie a knot and I am done. The underwear is in an apart basket but all gathered in one place. I put all of the underwear in a laundry net and I am done. The bathroom always feel empty when it's laundry day. 

I didn't knew that some small changes could make such huge difference. I am fortunate to say that I am very happy with the result that I didn't even expect.
