What makes cupboards so difficult to minimize is the usage. I use the cupboard as a place to put my cups and snacks. It's one of the doors that I frequently open and close. The changes can be minimal but small changes throughout the day leads to huge changes.
The middle shelves is for snacks and it looks nice but the clutter is mostly packaging and I threw those in the recycling bin. The top shelve is for things I don't frequently use but like to have it within hindsight.
It just took five minutes to organize it and it does look al little bit calmer and I like it. I think within a day it won't look the same but still it's nice to know that it can be organized. I also take the time to check the expiration date on packaging and trow those outdated out.
