How I decide not to buy

I use Unblock tech to watch series on both the unblock app and Youtube. The remote that comes with the setup box is okay until I need to insert keyword in the search balk. Then it becomes a hassle to type it one by one.

In the past I found the air remote with keyboard and touchpad. Few years ago it cost around €12,- but I found it to expensive so I didn't buy it but last 11.11 I saw it for less than €5,- including shipping cost. I almost would have bought it.

But in October I tried hooking up my mouse with the Unblock and it worked. I could easily pinpoint the letters and input search request. And when I already had the product in my digital shopping cart and reviewed all my purchases I thought again is it really necessarily to have it. Doesn't buying a new product makes my old mouse absolute that it goes in the trash, do I really value it so much that I create more trash?

In the end I didn't buy it and I'm very satisfied with what I have. Sometimes just thinking again and re-evaluate it makes sense to not make this purchase.

Too many discounts

These few days I received couple mails for Cyber Monday and discount updates. I already made sure I unsubscribed from the most of these mails. I don't need to buy anything for the next few months. During 11.11 I already bought the things that I needed and the rest is not needed. In fact I want to get rid of more stuff.

I already took the steps to get the small stuff out of the house. By reusing the bags which delivered my online orders I am putting the stuff that needs to be trashed directly into these bags. Even evaluation those small stuff that are part of my belonging.

I also didn't get outside too much so I wouldn't be tempted to buy. On Black Friday, I went out to the city and saw the line as if it didn't cost anything. I did compared some product which I may wanted to buy but considering that a vibration plate uses electricity I rather not want to buy something again that will increase the electricity bill especially if I can get fit by myself too.

The discount weren't so appealing so I didn't bought it either. I only bought some clothing to gift and two advent calendar which I already gave one to my nephews. And now I feel bad because this C&A calendar is off 50%.

Samlip Red bean cream bun

This October I opted to go out for a change. Two days to the city called Dusseldorf, it's known for the streets filled with oriental shops. Especially Japanese food that's why it's also called Little Tokyo. Since there are an amount of asians there there are also some Korean groceries which I wanted to visit. By accident I found a big Korean supermarket that also sells sweet buns. The ones you just can't get in the Netherlands. So what happened...

I bought food to try and it's awesome. Since it's so nice to try but my luggage isn't really fit for bread. It would basically flatten the contents, I only bought one bread but some small stuff like seaweed as souvenirs.

This Samlip Red Bean Cream bun is so nice. I especially like that's not too sweet. There are nowadays a lot of snacks that are overly sweet but the balance between the red beans and cream is so good that I am already craving for one now.

11.11 Backpack arrived!

Oh, I love the 11.11 Singles day. And this year I also bought some stuff from AliExpress. It's the MI backpack that I have set my eyes on for a half year. I may need to replace my Healthy backpack so I already went searching for something new. My whole wardrobe exist out of dark clothing and I decided that my next bag shouldn't be dark blue. So I settled for this small but strong red backpack. It's simple, has enough outer pockets and inside a tablet sleeve. Only downside is the small logo. So what did I do, remove it so it looks cool without any branding outside.

Now I still have to wait for the rest of my orders which will be shown later on this year. At least that's what I hope for.

Kids clothing

The clothing industry makes clothing for different categories. I normally shop at the women section but there are a lot of times I like to peek into the kids section with the sizes 170-176. As an asian women I fall in this category length and I'm able to shop the child price. It's not the first time I've mentioned it but by not letting categories define myself, I've been able to see much more capabilities.

In the fast changing clothing industry I see less physical shops that are in the shopping districts. Last month one of the old names in the street disappeared. It sold quality kids clothing, price ranging from €25- €30 per piece. Normally I wouldn't even spent any time in this shop considering I don't have kids and my nephews outgrown their clothes too fast to spend that kind of amount on them.

The shop has it's own teenager brand that sold the remaining clothing for 3 pieces for €20,-. I found a very nice sweater and basic shirt. The quality of the fabric is magnificent and really nice. Of course I've checked the labels and it was all 100% cotton.

But that's not all, I even go to H&M to buy kids leggings. Cause why spent so much on normal tricot women legging for €9,99 for one instead of €14,99 for two. And did I mentioned that the kids pair are branded with their conscious logo. Don't even get me started about the fabric difference either.

If your length is not over 170cm it's easy to find kids clothing that can fit you but it does ask a little bit of courage to wear as if it's made for you. Honestly, I don't really care anymore since the labels are inside the clothing and most people don't care what you wear as long you smell clean.
